Who we are

Marco and Lorenza, two young entrepreneurs. The first has a apprenticeship in the world of catering and bartenders forged by numerous experiences; the second is determination and firmness, that look capable of making the room and image perfect.

An idea transformed into a project, a reality founded on quality, novelties, cocktails, wines and cuisine without ever falling into the banality of homologation.

Always looking for new ideas and trends to offer a unique and unforgettable experience to those who cross the threshold of their bistro. Striving for perfection leads them not to lose sight of their roots, while maintaining their philosophy of excellent gastronomy and wines.

If we were to identify Marco with a a good wine would be a Monfortino, known for its full body, robust tannins and complex aromas, but at the same time elegant and soft in the mouth.

Lorenza a Chablis from Burgundy with aromas and flavors of apple, pear and peach, accompanied by notes of butter, vanilla and hazelnuts. On the palate it can be soft and creamy, but at the same time acidic.
